I am a software engineer, specialising in web application development. I gain tremendous satisfaction from finding solutions for complicated technical problems. My focus is to apply learning algorithms and information retrieval techniques into the web-based systems.
My research interests cover Machine Leaning, Information Retrieval, Search Engine, Data Mining, Hypertext and the Web, Programming Languages, Computer Networking, Design Patterns, Speech Recognition, Video and Image Processing.
I am a huge fan of Google, code.google.com is my most visited web page, where I learn the most cutting-edge web technologies. My favourite tools are Google App Engine, Google Gears, and GWT.
During my spare time, I enjoy building Open Source Software. Projects include:
- Jspider – search engine crawler
- Sandy 3D – Flash 3D Engine
- Open Social – social networking API
- Also a few Apache software foundations tools

I am familiar with various web development languages such as Java (J2SE, J2EE), JSP/Servlet, C/C++, PHP (Objected-Oriented), ASP.NET, Perl, AJAX, JavaScript, CSS, XML/XSLT, Actionscript 2/Actionscript 3, as well as being familiar with various popular APIs such as Google developer APIs (Google Map, Google AJAX Search, Google Gadgets), FaceBook API, and YouTube API, also many Open Source tools such as JQuery, and Scriptaculous.
